This is the second time I get the same postcard twice, in this case this one (right) with the flag of Malaysia. And amazingly, it came with the same stamps on the corner, placed in the same order as the earlier incoming (here)!
It doesn't matter, really, it has a new stamp for me, which you see below, depicting the Black Pepper plant.
The name "Wilayah Persekutuan" means "Federal Territories", one of the administrative divisions of Malaysia, which as the name explains, depend directly from the central government. These federal territories include Putrajaya, Labuan, and the capital Kuala Lumpur.
The fact that there are different stamp issues from different parts of Malaysia is very attractive, from a collector's standpoint.
